Your Impact: The primary responsibilities are to foster/strengthen existing client relationships and develop new business for financial institutions. You translate client objectives and constraints into portfolio guidelines, monitors account activity for consistency with guidelines, educates clients about a broad set of products to promote cross sell. •Provide day to day client service to existing Financial Institutional clients •Introducing our capabilities including our Fixed Income, Jennison, PAA to company’s clients and prospect to search cross selling/new business opportunities •Closely co-work with colleague in other departments in Japan and oversea and coordinate smooth communication

Your Required Skills: •Around 10 years work experience in financial markets with 5+ years of buy-side portfolio management, product management or relationship management at asset management firm especially covering large financial institutional investors •Deep knowledge of financial market and asset management instruments (fixed income, equity and alternative products), especially rates and credit markets •Strong written and verbal communication skill in both English and Japanese •Fluent communication in English with colleagues globally is required •Excellent teamwork mind-set and thoughtful communication skills •Passion to provide best quality service and solution to clients •Proven analytical and critical thinking skills •High quality and ability to multi-task •Adaptability to new environment and company’s operation process Your Desired Skills: •CMA, CFA are highly regarded
